چکیده

Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is a factor, that contains DNA-binding domain, N-terminal SH2 domain. The dysregulation STAT3 activity has been associated with various diseases, such as chronic inflammation autoimmune disorders. In cancer, often constitutively activated promotes tumor cell survival, proliferation, immune evasion. Various bioinformatics approaches were employed to predict the 3D structure STAT3, followed by comprehensive evaluation predicted model. target protein revealed an overall quality factor 94. 45%. It was also observed through Ramachandran plot 1.26% residues present in outlier region structure. Computational docking studies done identify novel drug targets against STAT3. screened compound via high throughput virtual screening may have potential regulate lowest binding energy -8.7 Kcal/mol observed. His-457, Tyr-456, Lys-488, Pro-487, Gln-326, Leu-459, Lys-244, Gln-247 conserved structural insight functional determination depend on identification potent domain

Computational Design, Molecular Docking Study and Toxicity Prediction of Some Novel Pralidoxime Derivatives as reactivators of acetyl cholinesterase enzyme

Abstract Background & Objective: oximes as Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) reactivators were developed for the treatment of organophosphate compounds (OPCs) intoxication. Oximes also bind to the active site of AChE, simultaneously acting as reversible inhibitors. Organophosphorus compounds (OPCs) such as soman, sarin, or VX react with acetyl cholinesterase irreversibly. In this research, a group o...

Molecular insights and therapeutic targets for diabetic endothelial dysfunction.

Diabetes mellitus and its associated complications are major health problems in the developed world. Diabetes mellitus is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) even in the presence of intensive glycemic control. Indeed, 75% of diabetic patients will die of CVD. Patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus have an increased risk for the 3 major types of macrovasc...

Multitarget Drug Design, Molecular Docking and PLIF Studies of Novel Tacrine−Coumarin Hybrids for the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) as a complicated and progressive neurodegenerative disorder is the most common form of dementia and memory loss. On account of the multifactorial etiology of AD, the multi-target-directed ligand (MTDL) approach is a promising method in searching new drug candidates for this disease. Here, in this paper more than 500 tacrine-coumarin hybrids have been designed and drug-l...

Insights into the molecular biology of the estrogen receptor define novel therapeutic targets for breast cancer.

Evidence for a role of ovarian factors in the growth of metastatic breast cancer was first recognized over 100 years ago. Today, anti-estrogens are central to the treatment of breast cancer of all stages. We now understand that the action of estrogen is mediated by the estrogen receptors (ER) which are members of the nuclear receptor family of ligand-regulated transcription factors. In this art...
